OneofthebasicsystemsofthePoland,sGateistheElectronicPlatformof
PublicAdministrationServices(ePUAP),runonthewebsitewww.epuap.gov.pl,
whichisanITsystemwhichallowscitizenstosettlemattersinvariouspublic
administrationofficesontheInternet,andtherepresentativesofpublicinstitu-
tionstomaketheirservicesavailablefreeofchargeinanelectronicform.The
ideaunderlyingthedevelopmentofePUAPwastobuildasingle,easilyaccessi-
ble
and
secure
channel
for
providing
public
services.
The
portal
www.epuap.gov.plensuresasmoothcommunicationbetween:
citizensandadministration(G2C),
businessesandadministration(G2B),
publicadministrationinstitutions(G2G).
Theseservicesareprovidedviaappropriatetoolsavailableontheportal,
i.e.,catalogueofservicesforcitizens,electronicmailbox(ESP)forpublicad-
ministrationinstitutionsandCentralRepositoryofElectronicDocumentModels
(CRD),whichgathersvalidadministrationdocumentmodelsandformsinone
place.
