visionsandtheprocessofpreparationofourcountryforexecutionoftheessentialprin-
ciplesoftheEuropeanUnionGreenhouseGasEmissionTradingSystem.Thestudyco-
verstheareaofimplementationoftheEuropeanUnionGreenhouseGasEmission
TradingSystemwhichistheinitialinternationalsystemintheworldbeingexecutedat
enterpriseslevel.Thearticlefocusesontheleadingrulesoffunctioningofthesystemas
wellasontheimpactoftheclimateandenergypackageonthedevelopmentofthesys-
tem.Furthermore,itprovidesthepackageanalysisrelatedbothtoreductionsawarding
standardsandtothequotasystemwhichappliestoreductionofgreenhousegasemis-
sions.Thestudyoutlinesthedominantguidelinesoftheauctionsystemthatwillbethe
basicinstrumentofallocationofemissionsallowancessince2013.
