propositions.Futhermore,inthispresentationauthortriedtoanswerthequestionif
presentcrisishasimigrationorrefugeechatacter,andalsoifpresentsituationcan
betreatedasastateofspecificwar.Inthisfirstcase,thebiggestdifficultiesinana-
lysysofthesequestionsisthedynamicofeventsandlackofaccesstothetop
secretreports(politicalandmilitarydocuments).

tastrophicalinit'sdimension.Theseeffectsareconnectedwitheconomical,social
andculturalidentityquestions.Migrationcanbecounteractednotonlybydiploma-
ticsolution,butalsobyhelpfrommilitarysources(preventionalandconductedon
tertitorialwatersofmigrationcountries)troughtoperationsleadbyAirForcesand
NavyfromeuropeancountriesorwholeNATOpact.Maingoalofthisoperation
oughttobesomekindofblocadeforcontinentalareas,whicharesourceofthe
biggestnumberofimigrants,thattriedtogettotheEurope.
