andculturalidentityquestions.Migrationcanbecounteractednotonlybydiploma-
ticsolution,butalsobyhelpfrommilitarysources(preventionalandconductedon
tertitorialwatersofmigrationcountries)troughtoperationsleadbyAirForcesand
NavyfromeuropeancountriesorwholeNATOpact.Maingoalofthisoperation
oughttobesomekindofblocadeforcontinentalareas,whicharesourceofthe
