apluralsubject-in-process,Kristevapositsacosmopolitanismforourcontem-
poraryintersubjectivity.Atatimewhennationsandcontinentsarebecoming
lessandlessopentoothers,thereremainstheresponsibilitytotakeupthe
dreamofancientstoics:intoday’smegalopolisweareallheirstoalltraditions.
