tionoflevelsetmethodforshapeoptimization.Withinthemethod,theshapeand
topologicalderivativesareemployed.Themathematicalanalysisofthemethod
includingitsconvergenceisanopenproblemtoourbestknowledge.Ontheother
hand,thenumericalresultsobtainedfullyjustifytheuseofthemethodinthe
domainofshapeoptimization.
