Intheeraofchangesleadingtoanewdimensionofsocio-economic
life,theimportanceofqualitymanagementofanon-governmental
organizationbecomesmorerelevant.Currently,inmanyNonProfit
Organizations(NPOs)calledalsoNon-ProfitOrganizations(NPOs)
entrepreneurshiphasentereditsdimension,aswellastheimplemen-
tationofthemissionbasedonhighersocialvalues.Withitsownpo-
tentialoftangibleandintangibleresourcesasathirdsectorentity,the
organizationhastokeepupwiththecompetitioneverydayandbe
readytochange.Terefore,thequestionariseshowtochangeandef-
fectivelymanagetheorganizationtointhecontemporaryenvironment,
tostayoncourse,sothatsustainabledevelopmentisnotjustafadbut
themodelforallofentitiesinthefuture.
Teissueofshapinganorganizationisitsprofessionalizationinthe
scopeofmanyfunctionsandprocessesdeterminingitsactivity.Te
issuesraisedinthisstudyshowthattherearelimitstotraditionalso-
cialactivity.Patternsofspecializedentrepreneurialthinkinghavelong
provedtobeausefulrecipetotransformmanyorganizationswhile
maintainingtheirsocialmission.Teconceptoforganization’spro-
fessionalizationallowstoabstainfromtheexistingorderandrequires
afundamentalchangeinthewayofthinkingaswellastakingintoac-
counttheopportunitiescreatedbyadevelopmentapproachbasedon
