whynottotheInternet?Receivingvirtualsatisfactiontovariousneeds,may
viaconditioningprocessesleadtoaddiction.TheInternetuserfeelstenseand
uneasyunlessheissittingatakeyboardandopeningthebroadworldonhis
sacredscreen.Tolimitoneselfandtocontrolthecontentsbecomesdifcultso
oneletsgoandforhoursopenedthechangingscreenisone’scompanion.Ifthe
addictionweretotheinformationorofaneducationcharacter,thenthecriti-
cismandconcernswouldprobablybeofsmallerweight.Butoftentheaddicts
areboundedtowatchlms,and/orsomesex-relatedgamesandthereforenot
