INTRODUCTION

thropos(human),andmetrein(tomeasure).Theguideisanauxiliaryma-
terialforconductingpracticalclassesinthefieldofsport.Thecontentof
theguideisintendedtoshowstudentswhatkinanthropometryisasarel-
ativelynewacademicsubject.Itspurposeistoprovideasetofreference
methodsforkinanthropometricdiagnostics.Measurementsareusually
carriedoutusinganthropometricmethodsandthenusedforanalysisin
thecontextoftheeffectsofhumanmovementactivities.
