TeprovisionofArticle3oftheCriminalCodeof1997speaksofrespect
forhumandignity.Tismeansthatthedignityofthevictimmustalsobe
takenintoaccountintheprocessofapplyingthecriminallaw.9
Teprincipleofhumanityisaddressedtothecourt.Suchathesisfinds
itsjustificationinthecontentoftheprovisionofArticle3oftheCrimi-
nalCodeof1997,whichspeaksabouttheapplicationofpenaltiesand
measuresprovidedforintheCriminalCodeof1997.Tepenaltiesand
measuresprovidedforinthiscodecanonlybeappliedbyanindependent
court.
