medicines.Drug-relatedvoicedisordersarecaused,forexample,by
aspirinandantihistamines.Regularuseofaspirinmaycauseslight
bleedingofthevocalfolds,loweringofthevoiceandmakingit
hoarse.
b)Externalphysicalfactors
Pollution.Themostcommonproblemispollution,e.g.dust,which
causesallergiesandinfections.Dustirritatestherespiratorytract,
causesswellingandinflammationofthethroatandnose,whichcan
cause
