Abstract
Fourmodelswerecreatedtostudyenterpriselogistics.Fromthefirstoneofthem,the
LogisticModelBasedonPositions(LoMoBaP),oneofitsforty-fourcharges,thePhysicalDistri-
butionManagerwillbetaken,andindicatorswillbegeneratedtomeasureitsperformance,following,
thethirdoneofthemodels,theLogisticModelBasedonIndicatorsofPositions(LoMoBaIPo).
Theobjectiveofthisworkistoshowhowindicatorsofmanagementcanbeusedin
enterprise
logistics,followingtheLoMoBaIPotoapplytothePhysicalDistributionManageroftheLoMoBaP.
ToobtainthisobjectiveitwillbefollowedtheIntegrated-AdaptableMethodologyforthedevelop-
mentofDeci-sionSupportSystem[IAMDSS],whichfortheirflexibilityisveryusefulinotherworks
ofinvestiga-tion,thatnotnecessarilygenerateaDecisionSupportSystem(DSS).Asresultasetof
tablesareob-tained,thatallowstoevaluatethePhysicaldistributionManageracrossindicators.
