Earlyonwesetafewgoalswhichwehopedwouldmakeour
bookdifferentnotjustyourbasic,average,everyday,ordinary,run-
of-the-mill,ho-hummathstextbook.Ofcourse,thereaderistheone
competenttoassessifwesucceeded.
Oneofourgoalswastomakethisbookreallyaccessible.Inorder
toachieveit,wedecidedtoincludeproofsasdetailedaswecould
