thefinalpeerreviewofeacharticleisdonebytwo
independentreviewersindicatedbytheCommittee
and(ifnecessary)inconsultationwiththeScientificBoard.
Themainprincipleofthereviewingprocessisthat
thereviewerandtheauthorcannotbeemployedatthesame
scientificcenter.Thereviewsareanonymous.
