purpleandwhenshelowersandisvexed,thecontrastofthe
darkeningcountenanceandthelightrapidmovementsofher

isforce,character,talentinherface,butnohabitualrepose
orfemininegentleness,yetitcannotbesaidtobeill-tem-
pered,andisthereversecertainlyofthevirago,beingdeli-
cateinallitslines,savetoogreataroundnessofthecontour.
