discourseonthesubjectoftheSerbo-Croatianlanguage.Teliterature
onthephenomenonofthislanguageisvast,andcanbefoundinfirstof
allso-calledYugoslaviansourcesthatwerecreatedduringtheexistence
ofthestateofYugoslaviaandsecondly,inthesourcescreatedaferthe
dissolutionofYugoslavia.Telatteraretheworksalreadywritteninthe
nationallanguages,CroatianandSerbian,butalsoinotherSlavonicand
non-Slavoniclanguages.Itseemsthatthissubjectprovedtobequite
popularandwasthefocusofworkofmanywell-knownlinguistsas
wellasofnon-professionaloutsiders.Unfortunately,thisliteratureisnot
easilyaccessible(especiallyfortheforeignresearchers)asittendstobe
dispersedinmanypublications1.
