strictlyintheannotationoftexts:
1.Itshouldalwaysbeeasytodispensewithannotation,andrevertto
therawcorpus.Therawcorpusshouldberecoverable.
2.Theannotationsshould,correspondingly,beextractablefromthe
rawcorpus,tobestoredindependently,orstoredinaninterlinear
format.
3.Theschemeofanalysispresupposedbytheannotations1the
annotationscheme1shouldbebasedonprinciplesorguidelines
accessibletotheuser.
4.Itshouldbemadeclearbeforehandabouthowandbywhomallthe
annotationswereapplied.
5.Theusermustbemadeawarethattheannotationappliedinthe
corpusisnotinfallible,butsimplyapotentiallyusefultool.
