universitystudentsandresearchers,smallandmediumbusiness,entre-
preneursandpolicymakers.TheeTutorialfurthercomplementstheonsite
traininggivenwithintheframeworkoftheTISCproject.
TheeTutorialisavailableonCD-ROMandonline8andcomprisesthree
sectionson:PatentBasics,PatentSearchandRetrieval,andPatentAnaly-
sis.Eachsectioncontainsanumberofinteractivetutorialsexplaininghow
touseandexploitpatentinformation,followedbyanumberofscenarios
providingstory-basedexercisesputtingtheoryintopractice.
