Thechoiceofthesuitablesystemdependsonthetransmissionrequirementsof
thetransmittedsignals,mainlythetransmissionrangeandspeed.Theimportant
limitations
areboththeaccuracyofdata
transmissionandbandwidthof
telecommunicationschannels.Thelattersignificantlyinfluencesonamountofdata
tobetransmittedinrealtime.Datawillbetransmittedbythetransmissionmodule
usingsuchappropriatetechnologiesas:Bluetoothclass1oftherangeupto100
morGSMwhichallowsausertosendatextorvisualinformation,viatheselected
mobileoperator,toalmosteverypartoftheworld.
Bluetoothtechnologyasthesystemforshort-rangewirelesscommunicationsisa
standardoflow-powerradiointerfacedesignedfordigitaldatatransmissionover
shortdistances[2,10].
GSMsystemenableswirelesstransmissionofsignalsacrossthecountry,
andfurthermore,iftoactivatetheroamingservice,acrossthewholecontinent[2,8].
TransmissionofmeasuringsignalscantakeplacenotonlywithintheGSMnetwork,
butalsotoothernetworks,includingwirednetworks(Fig.12).
