Telemedicinebelongstothefirstfieldswheremultimediacomputerhasbecome
anindispensabletooltowork.Inthedesignedsystemthetaskssuchas:
-processingofsignalsobtainedbythesensors,
-visualizationoftheobtainedresultsofmeasurements,
-alarmsassociatedwithadangerousindications,
-dataarchiving,
-clearcommunicationwithagivenuser,
-communicationwiththeoperatorofthesystem,
willbeimplementedusingaPCorlaptopequippedwithMicrosoftWindowsor
Linux
and
the
appropriatecontrolling
software.Processing
referring
to
communicationwiththeuserortheoperatoralsoneedstoexpandpossibilitiesto
entertheinformationintothesystembyqualifiedpersonnel.Inthemost
modernsystemsthatusetheotherequipmentthanacomputer,informationcanbe
enteringbye.g.voicemessages,whileusingcomputersystems,datawill
beenteredusingthekeyboardandmouse.Outcomedatamaybedonewithdigital
videorecorders,monitors,printersaswellasusingrecordingtothediskorstick
memory.
