negotiationsfromtheperspectiveofpsychologyandcognitive
neuroscience.ŁukaszKurekdescribesthevarietyofmindreading
mechanismsandconsiderstheroleofmindreadingintheprocessof
negotiating.MateuszHohol,inturn,analyzeshowtheso-called
framingtheorymayhelpusinunderstandingsomephenomena
connectedtolegalnegotiations.
Thenextpaper,EglėMaurice’s“EffectiveArgumentsfortheLegal
Negotiator:InsightsfromArgumentationTheory”,concentrateson
identifyingthekeylegalargumentswhichmayplayanimportantrole
in
negotiations.
