1.Introduction
Nowadays,manypublicationsarebeingwrittenabouttheinformationcul-
turewhichisthesystemofattitudestotheinformationandcommunication
technologies.1Itconstitutesanaspectofthedevelopmentofaninformation
society,conditionedtoadegreebytheintellectualliberationfromtheforces
andresourcesofthenature.Itisakindofculture,basedonastateofknowl-
edgeandtheformsofsocialcoexistence,usingtheinformationtechnologies.
ItsspecificareaisacultureoftheInternet.AccordingtoCastells,thisculture
oftheInternetiscomposedoffourfreedomcultures:thetechno-meritocratic
(technical),thehacker(creative),thecommunitarian(communal)andthe
managerial(entrepreneurial)cultures.2
