key,Norway,Malta,Bulgaria,andPolandrespondedtoourproposal.Teauthors
carefullychosetheirsubjectmatters,consideringtheirresearchinterests,while
remainingconnectedtothesubjectmatterofthemonograph.Teexchangeof
ideasresultedinaunifiedwhole,whichwehavedividedintothreesections:one
theoreticalsectionandtworesearchsectionsontheeducationoffutureteach-
ersinhighereducationandontheprofessionaldevelopmentofteachersalready
workinginkindergartensandschools.Webelievethatthegreatvalueofthis
monographisthatitpresentstheresultsofresearchthatisalreadycompleted,
bothlargeinternationalprojectsandpracticaleducationalactivitiesofamore
localnaturebutnolessimportant,andthatisrelatedtodailypedagogicaleńorts,
whicharemostofenaccompaniedbyenthusiasmandpassionatecommitmentto
uchangetheworldforthebetter.”Wehopethattheproposalsforsystemicchanges
aswellasstudiesofthelatesttrendsinearlychildhoodeducationindińerent
countrieswillproveaninterestingcontextforreflectionandwillinspirefurther
scientificreflectionandsubsequenttheoreticalandempiricalresearchthatwill
contributetofruitfulchangesinearlychildhoodteachereducation.
