Thepaperpresentsthenewconceptionofandragogicalthinking,socal-
ledconceptionofintegralandragogy.Theconceptofintegralandragogy
isfoundedoncare,helpandsupportforpeoplewithintheirlifepaths.It
ispossibletointerpretthisconceptionasmobilizationofhumancapitalin
theenvironmentofasocialchange.
metermAndragogywascreatedinthemannerofthetermPedagogy(pais,
paid-os=aboy)bysimilarbroadeningofthewordanér,andr-os=aman,intoan
adultperson+agogé=leadership,education(fromagó,agein=lead,govern).
metermAndragogyoriginatesalreadyinthefirsthalfofthe19thcentury.It
wasusedforthefirsttimebytheGermanteacherAlexanderKappin1833.He
talksaboutAndragogyoreducationinadulthood.metermisreestablishedańer
onehundredyearsin1924byRosenstock,whodefinesAndragogyasallinsti-
tutionalformsofadulteducation.Itisprobablythefirstattempttoseparatethe
educationofadultsfromtheeducationofyouth.
Intheconditionsofpostmodernsociety,whichischaracterizedbyspecific
attributes,thedefinitionofIntegralAndragogymaybeusedforthepurposesof
specialeducation.

worldwar.DidactictheoryofadulteducationisfoundinGermany,andalsothe
conceptofsocialandragogy,whichisveryclosetothepresentformofandragogy.
Ifwecomeoutfromthesociologicallytingedconceptofeducation,theterm
andragogywillnotbeconsideredasonlyandunambiguouslypedagogical.mis
