sound).Tehighestescalationofclonusblockswasobservedontheconsonantlevel
intheinitialsoundinallagegroups(A=18cases,it’s37.5%;B=26it’s37.1%
andC=18it’s36.0%),whereasthelowestoneonthevowellevelandsimilarly,
parallelonthelevelofvowelsandconsonantsinthreephoneticpositions(initial,
middleorfinalsoundofword)simultaneously(inallthreegroups).Comparing
thepercentagesintheprototypicalfiguresthelackofstatisticalsignificanceamong
thegroupisobserved,owingtothelackoffrequencyadvantagewhichwould
letcalloneofthegroupprototypicalmeetingthestatisticalcalculationsrequire-
ments.So,theyarenotprototypical.Iftheresultsfromthechartinhorizontal
positionwerecompared,whatisdistinctivelyshownonthegraph,itwouldturn
outthatingroupAprototypicalwouldbetheconsonantclonusblockinginthe
initialsoundwith37.5%indexinrelationtoe.g.vowels,clonusblocked,parallel
ininitial,middleandfinalsoundwith6.3%index.Similaranalysiswasconducted
ingroupBandCgettingcomparableconclusions.
Stutteringofclonustypeonthesyllablelevel
Prototypicalfigures3aand3bshowthefrequencyofclonusblocksoccurrenceon
