IntroductoryProvisions
Article1.TheActshallregulate:
1)conclusionofarrangementwithcreditorsbythedebtorwhoisinsol-
ventand/oratriskofinsolvencyandtheeffectsofthearrangement;
2)carryingoutofremedialactions.
Article2.Therestructuringshallbecarriedoutunderthefollowing
restructuringproceedings:
1)arrangementapprovalproceedings;
2)acceleratedarrangementproceedings;
3)arrangementproceedings;
4)remedialproceedings.
Article3.1.Thepurposeoftherestructuringproceedingsistoavoid
adeclarationofbankruptcyofthedebtorbyenablinghimtorestructure
throughanarrangementwithcreditorsand,inthecaseofremedialproceed-
ings,bycarryingoutremedialactions,whilstsafeguardingthelegitimate
rightsofcreditors.
2.Thearrangementapprovalproceedings:
1)shallenabletheconclusionofthearrangement,wherethedebtor
shallcollectthecreditors’votesbyhimselfwithoutinvolvement
ofthecourt;
