Article5.1.ACentralRestructuringandBankruptcyRegister,herein-
afterreferredtoasthe“Register”
,shallbeestablished.
2.TheRegister:
1)shallbemaintainedinordertorecordandannouncedecisions,orders,
documentsandinformationrelatingtorestructuringandbankruptcy
proceedings;
2)shallbemaintainedinordertomakeavailabledataincludedindeci-
sions,orders,documentsandinformationrelatingtotherestructuring
andbankruptcyproceedingsannouncedintheRegisterinrespectto
agivenentity;
3)shallenablethesubmissionofpapersanddocumentsandserving
thereof;
4)shallsupporttheorganisationofworkandconductingofrestructuring
andbankruptcyproceedings;
5)shallbemaintainedinordertomakeavailablesamplelettersand
documentsreferredtointheAct.
3.TheRegistershallbemaintainedinaniCTsystemadministeredand
madeavailablebytheMinisterofJustice.
4.TheMinisterofJusticeshalldetermine,byregulation,theorganisa-
tionoftheRegister,amethodologyforrecordingandannouncementofdeci-
sions,orders,documentsandinformationrelatingtotherestructuringand
bankruptcyproceedings,procedurespertainingtosharingofdatareferredto
insection2subsection2,aswellasthedetailedcontentofthedata,procedures
pertainingtothesubmissionofpapersanddocumentsandservingofthem,
includingthetechnicalrequirementsnecessarytosubmitdocumentsvia
theRegister,themannerandextentofthesupportfortheorganisationofwork
andconductingofrestructuringandbankruptcyproceedings,aswellasthe
mannerinwhichsamplecourtlettersanddocumentsreferredtointheAct
shallbemadeavailable,takingintoconsiderationthenecessitytoensure
thatauthorities,participantsandpersonsconcernedintherestructuringand
bankruptcyproceedingshaveaccesstotheRegister,whiledifferentiatingbe-
tweenthescopeofpubliclydisclosedinformationandinformationavailable
onlytoparticipantsandauthorities,thenecessitytoensurethecompleteness
ofthedatacontainedintheRegisteranditsimmediateupdatingasaresult
