Article10.1.Therestructuringplanshallincludeatleast:
1)adescriptionofthedebtor’sundertakingandinformationabout
thecurrentandfuturestateofsupplyanddemandinthemarketsec-
torinwhichtheundertakingoperates;
2)ananalysisofthereasonsforthedifficulteconomicsituation
ofthedebtor;
3)apresentationofaproposedfuturestrategyconcerningtherunning
ofthedebtor’sundertakingandinformationonthelevelandtype
ofrisk;
4)afulldescriptionandoverviewoftheplannedrestructuringmeasures
andassociatedcosts;
5)atimetablefortheimplementationoftherestructuringmeasuresand
thedeadlinefortheimplementationoftherestructuringplan;
6)informationontheproductioncapacityofthedebtor’sundertaking,
inparticularitsuseandreduction;
7)adescriptionofthemethodsandsourcesoffinancing,including
theuseofavailablefunds,sellingofassetstofinancetherestructur-
ing,financialobligationsofshareholdersandthirdparties,inparticular
banksand/orotherlenders,theextentofstateaidgrantedandapplied
foranddeminimisaidand/ordeminimisaidinagricultureand/or
fisheriesandprovidingrelevantevidenceforneedthereof;
8)projectedgainsandlossesforthenextfiveyearsbasedonatleasttwo
projections;
9)namesofpersonsliablefortheperformanceofthearrangement;
10)namesoftheauthorsoftherestructuringplan;
11)thedateofthedrawing-upoftherestructuringplan.
2.Therestructuringplanmaybelimitedif,duetothesizeand/ornature
ofthedebtor’sundertaking,determiningofalltheinformationlistedinsec-
tion1isnotpossibleoritisnotnecessarytoassessthefeasibilityoftheper-
formanceofthearrangement.Limitationoftherestructuringplanshallbe
justified.
3.Therestructuringplanshallbesubmittedinanelectronicformand
enteredintheRegister.
4.inparticularlyjustifiedcases,upontheconsentofthejudge-com-
missioner,thecourtsupervisororadministratormaycommissionthirdparties
todrawuptherestructuringplan.
