Introduction

theenvironmenttheyliveinandactaccordingtotheirpredispositions,possibilities,
sexorage.Fromtheverybeginning,otherpeoplehavebeenindispensableforan
individualtosatisfyhisorherlife’snecessities.Teyhelpandalsoreceivehelpfrom
theinterestedperson.Humanbodyisaverycomplicatedarrangementofcooper-
atingsystemsandorgansandincaseoftheirmalfunctionwestarttalkingabout
disability.
Treatmentandrehabilitationareconductedwithintentionofrestoringmaxi-
mumperformancetoindividualorgans.Returnoflostfunctionsshouldtakeplace
onallpossiblelevels.Tereforethereisanecessitytoprepareindividualtherapeutic
plansusingvariousmethodstorestoreefciencyofthebodywhilepayingspecial
attentiontomechanismsofdamageaswellastoformandextensionofthedefect.
Inthearsenaloftreatment,rehabilitationandtherapeuticmethods,therearealotof
possibilities.Teymainlyconsidertheformofthediseaseandtheageofthepatient.
Usingthematworkallowsthetherapeuticandrehabilitatingstaftochoosetreat-
mentaidsinsuchawaythattheycanbeadjustedtopsychophysicalabilitiesofthe

ofseveralofthemshouldbeusedtoensureprogressintreatment,adjustingformof
activitiestocurrentpatient’sabilities.Techoiceshouldnotdiscouragepatientsand
itmeansthattheexercisescannotbeeithertoodifcultortooeasy.Tetherapeutic
processitselfmustbeachallengeforboththepersoninneedandeachindividual
therapistfromthetherapeuticteam.Forthisreason,insuchteamstherearejobs
formanyspecialistsandthetherapeuticsuccessdependsontheirco-operation,ex-
changeofinformationaboutthepatient’scondition,hisorherproblems(notonly
physicalbutalsomentalones).Considerablestrengtheningofthedisabledpeoplein
rehabilitationandself-revalidationprocesswillbeemphasizingtheirabilitiesrather
thantheirdisabilities.
Sometimesithappensthattherapistsworkwithapatientveryintensivelyusing
thesamemethodsaswiththeothers,unfortunatelywithoutresults.Suchcondition
isofencausedbyirreversible,destructivechangeswhichhavealreadyhappenedto
