Inthefollowing,thirdpartofthebook,Idiscussmyownproposalof
aresearchscheme((D-Housing,scheme)usedfordescribingandanalysingthe
involvementofsocialactorsinthehousingpolicyprocess.Chapteroneinthispart
concernstheinspirationsandobjectivesofthe(D-Housing,scheme.Inchapter
two,Ielaborateonthetheoreticalandmethodologicalconceptswhichservedas
astartingpointinmyworkontheproposedtheoreticalandanalyticalscheme.
Inaddition,Iconceptualiseheresuchconceptsas:deliberativedemocracy/
participatorydemocracy/governance,discourse,narration,relationsbetween
discourseandsocio-politicalpower,thenotionofhousinginequality,aswellas
housingpolicy.Ialsowriteaboutthemethodologicalframeworkinwhichthe
(D-Housing,schemeisset(i.e.MartinReisigl,spolitolinguisticapproach;post-
Foucauldiantheoreticalapproach,referredtoasthe(realistgovernmentality,

analysisofhousingpolicybyJacobsandManzi;amethodologicalproposal
forexaminingthedemocratisationofthedecision-makingprocessinhousing
