certainparadoxesthatarepresentinthepenalpolicyandtherealityofPolish
prisons,amongwhichthemainoneisthelackofrehabilitationpossibilitiesand
growingcrimerates.Moreover,thearticledescribesthespecificityofrehabilita-
tionofconvictsthatareaddictedtoalcoholandpsychotropicsubstancesand
