Introduction
TheaimofUkrainianNationalstrategyconcerningsocialdevelopmentforthe
nextdecadeisasfollows:theprovisionofqualitativecompetitiveeducationfor
Ukrainiancitizensmeetingtherequirementsofinnovativestablesocialandeco-
nomicdevelopment,aswellaspersonalitydevelopmentinaccordancewithone’s
individualaptitude,abilitiesanddemandsinalifelonglearningmode[www2].
Thus,nowadays,prioritydirectionsineducationarefocusedonusingnewtech-
niquesintheprocessofteachingandlearning.Theuseofe-learning,e-teaching
implieslearningandteachingintheenlargedenvironment,withmanyformsof
computer-assistedlearningbecomingwidespread.Therearedifferentopinions,
bothpositiveandnegative,concerningthiskindoflearningwithscientistsand
teachers.Butoneobviousthingisthate-learningisbecomingastrongmotivation
techniqueinmoderneducation,especiallyinlearningEnglishforSpecificPurpos-
es(ESP)[ESP05].OuruniversityareasofESPresearchdevelopmentareasfol-
lows:Innovativebusinessdevelopment,Informationtechnologydevelopment,En-
terpriseinnovativedevelopment,Personnelmanagementandothers.Itisbelieved
thattheuseofcomputertechnologiesinESPteachinghasaverystrongimpacton
andiswidelyusedinteaching,learningandcreativeexpressionwithintheuniver-
sityenvironment[BaGS12].
