BeforeSamcouldanswerthedoorwasflungopen
again,andthesleek-headedmansteppedoutintothe
porch.“Clearout!”heorderedangrily.“You’re
trespassingonprivateproperty,andthat’ssomething

police.”Jimjumpedforward.“I’vecomefiftymiles
toseeProfessorThorold,andit’sfrightfullyurgent,”
