thansimplyenforcingrules.Itcomesfromthebeliefthatmostpupilsdothebest
theycan.
nThenewspapercanbelikenedtoabouquetofdiferentflowers.Thebeautyof
theentirebouquetdependsonthevarietyoftheflowersofwhichitiscomprised.”23
Thenewspaperislikeapeepingholeintothechild’slife,throughwhichthe
adultcanlearnabouteventsinthechild’slife,abouthisproblems,histhoughtsand
