TISCnetworkscompriseofaflnationalfocalpoint”whichisusually,
butnotalways,theintellectualpropertyofficeorIPO.Thenationalfocal
pointisindirectcontactwithWIPOandisresponsibleforcoordinating
thenationalnetworkmadeupofacademic,research,industrial,business
andotherflhostinstitutions”asshowninFigure3below.
