Justasthedevelopmentoftheself-authoringpersonalityisadjustingactively

totheachievementoffuture-orientatedtasks,educationisestablishingcondi-

tionsthatsupportthegrowthofthefeaturesofaself-authoringpersonality.

Teprocessofeducationisconnectedwiththearrangementofdutiesand

situationsthatencourageapersontosettasksthatconstitutethemeaningof

lifeandaresetinadistantfuture.Teeducationalconditionsshouldalsofoster

theformationofpro-socialattitudes,ensurewell-beingandbringsatisfaction

fromtheactivitiesandtheirelects.

PersonaldevelopmentinwhichthepersonCtakestheirfateintotheirhands

anddirectsit)consciously(Cekiera,1997,p.11)continuestorepresentacrucial

pointofconsiderationsinthiswork.Terefore,laterinthesecondchapter,

attentionisdevotedtotheroleofanautonomousfactorofself-improvement

andeducation.Teautonomousfactorisidentiﬁedwithaconscioussearch

fortheconditionsthatstimulategrowthortheabilitytomakeselectivelife

choices.Itemphasisestheself-relianceofhumandevelopment.Tefactor

whichremainsaprincipalconditionforpersonalgrowtharisesintheprocess

ofmaturingtofreedom.
