Alltheseprojects,despitetheirdiversityintermsofcontentsandstructure,
haveoneideaincommon:supportingallinitiativesleadingtosocialdeve-
lopmentandinternationalcooperationwithintheframeworkoftheuniting
Europe.Eachoftheprojectsshouldresultinmeasurableandpracticalben-
efits.Yetintheopinionofmanypeoplethisisnotalwaysthecase.Itmay
happenthatparticularprojectsresultinbulkyvolumesofstudiesinwhich
itisdifficulttoidentifyanypracticalbenefits.

spect,provesthattheinternationalprojectscarriedoutarenotamerewaste

fromselectedEuropeancountrieswhichwouldprovidethemwithanop-
portunitytolearnmoreaboutthespecificcharacterandconditioningofso-
