familyonesunderstandingthemastiesthatrestrictfreedom.37Where
manisbeing“detached”fromGod(inallpossibleways:ontic,intel-
lectual,moral,symbolicone,etc.),wheremanis“thoughtof”without
God,whereanthropologydisassociatesitselffromtheologyautomati-
callyarelationbetweenfreedomandthetruthanditsrequirementsis
questioned.Thisisthesoilonwhich“fakefreedoms”aregrown,and
(amongstthem)todaythe“anarchicpseudo-freedom”isonthetop.

Possibilitiestostriveforanyvisionofgoodthatseemsattractivetousare
boundless,39andvalidityofchoiceisimpossibletoverify(thetruthdoes
notexistorisbeyondourreach).Ifweweretorefertofashionablecli-
chés,inthemodernPolishwewouldsaygrunttobunt(rebellioniswhat
reallycounts)40or,evenstronger,intheformofadisparagedmottoróbta,
cochceta(dowhateveryouwanttodo).
Ofcourse,criticismofanarchiccounterfeitsoffreedomisbynomeans
questioninga“holyandinviolable”41ruleofindividualandpersonalfree-
domofeveryman.Inthisarea,accordingtothepope,the“onlyabso-
lutelynecessaryandindisputablevalue,whichcanevenbecomeaverifi-
cationtoolforotherrights,istherighttoindividualfreedom,whichhas
tobeimplementedwithoutanyorders,providedthatthisdoesnotafect
therightofa/theneighbour”42soitisdefined,accordingtothepope,
by“therationalismoftheEnlightenment.”Thisprinciple,legitimatein
itscoreandwithastrongChristianroot,isdangerousinitspursuitofits
ownabsolutisation.Forindividualfreedom“isimpossible”(literally
,inits
essenceandefects)inisolationfromGodand,therefore,thetruth.Sooner
orlateritshalltransforminthisdisconnection(rathersoonerthanlater)
intodictatorshipofegoandacentreofbuildingtyranny43;intoverbosity
,
andatragicone,too.Thisshallbeananti-familytyranny(afamilyshall
beannouncedanenvironmentofenslavementandoppression),

anti-
educational(educationismanipulation;childshouldbegivenonly“pure”
informationtodecidefreely),45etc.
