Educationoftomorrowasanidea,scientificmessa
getohorizonsofthe
desiredsystemicchangesandofthoseineverydaylife,itraisesrecogni-
tionandhashopesforimplementationintothepracticeoftheeducational
process,education,andcare.Infact,the“Educationoftomorrow”callsforthe
expectationsandhopesthatresearch,asaresultofthecriticismofimperfect
mechanismsofreformsimplementation,particularlyattheturnofthetwen-
tiethandtwenty-firstcentury,willbecontinuedandrevitalized,includingon
thebasisoftheveryeducationalresearch.
Travestyingofwhatyearsago(1968)CyprianNorwidwrote:“Pastitis
today,butanythingfurther;thefutureistodaycloserthanitseems,where
Timedoeshisthing.Andyou,man?”2youshouldutilizeittoimprove
education.Ingeneral,wemeanthewidereducationincluding,amongoth-
ers,carefrombirthtooldage,educationfocusedonfindingthehidden
developmentpotentialintherichnessofthedirectionalandinstrumental
characteristics(values),oftenofinnateabilities,correspondingwithtal-
ent,aswellasthepreparationoflearningrelatedtochangingsocial,pro-
fessionalandfreetimeroles.
Goingbacktothetitleofthemultiauthoredmonograph,focusedonthe
organizationofschooleducation,oneshouldrefertoitssemanticcontent,
sincetheterm“organization”hasadiversifiedcredit.Well,accordingtosoci-
ologists,itisasocialcommunityoftheschool,butalsoofrelationshipsand
socialbonds,3accordingtopsychologistsitshouldbeunderstoodprimarilyin
termsofactivitiesaimedatimprovingtheworkingconditionsandemciency,
withoutlosingsightoftheemployeeandcustomer-studentsatisfaction.In
turn,intheopinionofworkpedagogists,thelearningprocess,takingdińerent
