atreachingasubstantivedecision,andextraordinaryp.–aimedatverifyingthe
decisionissuedinthemainproceedings.Onecanadditionallydistinguishspe-
cialp.,withtaxp.asanexample,andsimplifiedp.,appliedforsimplematters
intermsoffactandlaw,characterisedbyafasterpaceofprocedureandlimited
formalism(alegalbasisisrequiredtoallowtosettlethematterinthismode).
Thesubjectivescopeofadmissibilityofthegenerala.p.wasdesignatedbythe
definitionofthepublicadministrationbody(inthismode,mattersfallingwithin
thecompetenceofpublicadministrationbodiesaredealtwith)andbyappoint-
ingagroupofentitiesandparticipantsintheproceedings.Thesubject-mat-
terscopeofa.p.concernsthesettlementofindividualcasesfallingwithinthe
competenceofpublicadministrationbodiesbywayofadministrativedecisions.
