guaranteeingthesupplyofpublicgoods,suchaseflectivevaccinesanddrugsfor
thecoronavirus?
Ourgreatesthopeisanincreaseinthesupplyofcoexistinggoods,suchaslogistics,
criticalinfrastructure,aswellasreliablemortalityandmorbiditystatistics.Theonly
eflectivewaytocontrolsystemicriskistochangetheday-to-dayfinancialmanage-
menthabitsofafamilyofthreeorevenfourgenerations.
Inthethird,empiricalchapter,aconceptualmodelofsystemicriskinthefinancial
sectorisusedtodescribetheCOVID-19pandemicandmeasureitssystemicrisk.

oftheCOVID-19pandemic.

aguaranteedincomethatcancoverthefixedcostsincurredbytheforcedisolation
ofcitizenscomestothefore.Concurrently,globalisationasanetworkofecono-
miesandsocietiesisinaprocessofdecomposition.Undertheseconditions,only
householdsareabletocreatejobsofanyrealvalue.Familybusinessesfocusedon
survivalhavenewdevelopmentopportunities.Theabilitytorestoreglobalorder
dependsonthequalityofeverydayfinancialriskmanagement.
