Chapter4introducesaproposalofmulti-personhouseholdfinancialplanning
model.InSubchapter4.1generalconceptsandmainassumptionsareintroduced.
Then,inSubchapter4.2,aconceptofexpressingaversiontolife-lengthriskthrough
thewidthofthesocalledrangeofconcernisproposed.Abasicversionofthe
financialmodelispresentedinSubchapter4.3.Themodelinitsbasicversion
assumesthatthehouseholdhassetonlyaretirementgoal,inordertopreservethe
lifestandardintheretirementperiod,and,tothat,itmayshowsomebequestmotive.
Moreover,theonlyriskfactorsconsideredherearedatesofdeathofthehousehold
members.Thisversionofthemodeldoesnottakeintoaccount,amongstotherthings,
riskofinvesting.Then,someproposalsoffurtherdevelopmentofthemodelare
discussed.Extendingitbyothertypesofgoalsisoneofthem.Thiskindofextension
isproposedinSubchapter4.4,wheretwoadditionalriskfactorsareintroduced:
child’sbirthtime(conditionalonthepre-plannedtime)andrealestateprice.Another
extension,introducedinSubchapter4.5,allowsforinfluencingfinancingofthegoals
onthestochasticfactors:returnonequityandinterestrate.
Chapter5developsthefinancialplanmodeloptimizationunderrisk.The
Subchapter5.1discussestheissueofincludingstochasticnatureofsomeriskfactors
inthemodel.Thenextsubchaptergivesproposalsofseveralmeasuresofriskfor
ahouseholdfinancialplan.FinallySubchapter5.3presentsthewaysinwhichthe
