Summary:Thearticledescribestheconceptofmanagerialtriumvirate,whichispresentedon
thebasisofresearchstudiesconductedbyauthors,whofocusedontheregulatorymechanisms,
drivingtheprocessesofthestrategicrenewalofanenterprise.Twoperspectivesweretaken
intoconsiderationduringtheresearch.Thefirstwasthepsychologicalone,connectedwiththe
cognitiveprocessesandphenomenonoftransferenceinsupervisor-subordinaterelationship.
Thesecondwasthemanagerialone,whichfocusedonarchetypalmanagerialrolesandthe
conceptoftheirtriumvirate.

1.Introduction
Inthispaperwepresentanoutlineoftheresearchwhichistheresultofourcombined
work,concerningcorporateleadership:ontheonehand,systemperspectiveon
managingtheprocessesoforganizationalrenewalandgrowth,andontheother
hand,apsychoanalyticperspectiveonorganizationalpersonality.Oneofthemost
importantstrandsthatemergefromthisdualresearchperspectiveisthematterof
archetypesofexecutiveroles,whosesynthesisisproposedbyoneoftheauthors,in
theconceptofthemanagementtriumvirate.Toitsfullapplicationinthepracticeof
managingtransformationanddevelopmentofcompanies,itisespeciallyimportant
toviewitfromtheperspectiveofpsychodynamicinterpretationofthepersonality
ofkeypeopleinorganizationandalsoasaresultofthepersonalityofthewhole
organization,whichisexaminedbyanotherauthorofthepresentpaper.
Inthefollowingpaper,wecharacterizerenewalphenomenonbothasmanagerial
andcognitiveaswellasmentalchallenge.Lookingfromthehumanperspective,
wementionalsopsychoanalyticissuesmainlythoseconnectedwithtransference
intherelationsamongsupervisorsandsubordinates.Later,wepresenttheconcept
ofmanagerialtriumvirateandalsoashortcharacteristicofeacharchetypicalrole.
Thischaracteristicisthenbroadenedwiththedescriptionofselectedproblems,
derivingfromapplyingthepsychodynamicperspectivetoeachroleinterpretation.
