2.Goals
1.Tostudytheexamplesofmusicalheritagethatdenotesignsofcommoniden-
tity,pointsoforiginandconfluenceofculturalmanifestationsamongthe
variouscommunitiesinSpainandofthesewiththeIbero-Americancoun-
tries,takenasanexampleofculturalexchange.Thiscommonheritagewill
bestudiedandanalysedatthesametimeasgivingrecognitiontodiversityas
anexampleofwealthandenrichmentoftheIbero-Americanspace
2.TolookintotheteachingaspectsoftheIbero-Americanheritage(music,
danceandrituals)thatcontributetoknowledgeandhighlightingofthisheri-
tagethrougheducationandtheacquisitionofbasicskills.
3.ToinvestigatethepossibilitiesofIbero-Americanheritageasateachingre-
sourceintheprocessesofteachingandlearningandtoprepareteachingma-
terialthatwillfacilitateunderstandingandknowledgeofthisheritage
4.Toencouragecoexistenceandgoodunderstandingbetweencountriesthat
havehistoricallybeenopposedorinconfrontation,accordingtotheperiod,
startingfromknowledgeandawarenessofthesignsofcommonidentitythat
arepresentintraditions,music,danceandinotherculturalmanifestations.
3.Workteam
Intheseminarthatwesetupin2010weproposedthecreationofinternational
andinterdisciplinarygroupstoprovideacompleteviewfromeachofthemfrom
thepointofviewofitssubjectand/orfromitscountry,toprovideitsownview
andtounderstandthatoftheother.
