Introduction
Inthenextchapter,themaintopicisasystemanalysisofthefactorsinfluencing
thefunctioningofroadtransportastheyareappliedtothetransportofagricultural
products.Tefactorswhichdetermineitsefectivenesswereestimated.
Chaptersixpresentstheconceptofane-bikeasanalternativemeansoftrans-
portforpeoplewithdisabilities.Itdealswiththedesignofabicycleforpeoplewith
mobilityimpairmentswhichallowsforasmoothswitchtobemadefromthetricycle
configurationtoatwo-wheeledvehicle,therebyoferingtheuseranopportunityto
benefitfromtheadvantagesofaclassicbicycle.Ananalysisofthedesignandvarious
aspectsofthetopicarepresented.Testateoftheartisdiscussedandspecifictech-
nicalsolutionsareproposed.
Tenextchapterisdevotedtoinnovativesolutionsinaircargotransport.Te
HUULCproject(Hydrogen-poweredUnmannedUltraLargeCargoaircraf)willbe
apioneerinsustainablehigh-capacityairtransport,itwillbecompetitivecompared
toseatransport,startingfrom2030.Teconsiderationspresentedinthepublication
areillustrativeandpresentselectedaspectsofthecharacteristicsoftheHUULCtype
aircrafproject,whichwillbecapableoftransportingfrom97to100twenty-footunit
containers(TEU).
Tefollowingchapterdealswiththeuseofspatialinformationsystemsinlogi-
stics.Spatialinformationsystems(GIS)aresystemsforacquiring,collecting,proces-
sing,visualizingandsharingdatacontainingspatialinformationandaccompanying
descriptiveinformationaboutobjectsdistinguishedintheareacoveredbythesystem’s
operation,oneofthefunctionsofwhichistosupportthedecision-makingprocess.
Teirusesignificantlyincreasesthequalityoflogisticsservices(includingtransport).
Tenextchapterofthemonographcoverstheproblemsoftherationalization
oftransportservicesinrailfreighttransport.Techapterpresentsamathematical
modelofadesignforanoptimalrailtransportplan.Analgorithmforthesearchfor
anoptimaltrainmarshallingplanbasedonthedivisionandconstraintmethodisde-
scribed.Anexampleofthedeterminationoftheoptimaltransportplanforthegiven
railcarblocksispresented.
Tetopicofthenextchapteristheconceptofdeterminingroutesignaturesusing
artificialintelligencemethods.Inthischapter,thesignatureoftheroutewasdefined
asthetrajectoryofthedrivingprocess,asrepresentedbytheenginerevolutionspeed,
drivingspeedandaccelerationinthestatespace.Testatespacewasseparatedre-
sultingfromclusteranalysis.Intheexperiment,n=5andn=10wereselectedfrom
theresultsofclusteringintonclasses.TeK-Meansclusteringalgorithmwasused
todeterminetheclustersinthevariantwithoutpriorlabellingofclassescharacteri-
zedbytheteachingmethodswithouttheparticipationofateacher.Inthisway,the
trajectoriesofthedrivingprocessinthe5thand10thstatespaceofthestateswere
determined.Knowingwhichclasseachdatarecordbelongsto,thefrequenciesofthe
processswitchingbetweeneachpairofstatesandthetimespentineachstatewere
determined.Teresultsoftheanalysescanthereforebeusedtoconstructaprobabi-
listicrepresentationoftheprocessintheformofaBayesiannetwork.
