pointofviewcommercialturnoverisunderstoodastheexchange
ofthegoodsandservicesusingthetransferofmoneyorin-kindgoods
(goodswhichcanbecalculatedinmonetaryterms).Fromthelegal
pointofviewcommercialturnoverencompasstheactivityofanen-
trepreneurrenderingperformance(sellinggoodsorservic-
es)toanotherpersonwithinthescopeofhisenterprise’sactivity.
Inotherwordsitmaybesaidthatcommerciallawregulateslegal
relationsbetweenparticipantsofthemarket.
Commercialturnoverincludebusinesstobusinessrelations
(B2B),wherebothpartiestoatransactionareentrepreneursacting
withinthescopeoftheirprofessionalactivity.andbusinesstocon-
sumerrelations(B2C),whereonepartyisanentrepreneuracting
