Introduction
Humanconscience(conscientia)asananalogytotheidentityand
integrityofpersonsbelongstothecontextofhumanrights.Conscience
putspeopleofalltimeonthehorizonofnovertime”andinthesame
timenfacetofacespecificity”.Webecomeawareofthisparticularlyin
theserioussituations,whenwerefertotheinalienablerightofaction
ofourownconscience,whichweconsidertobeofvalueauthoritar-
ianaxiomcreatingafundamentaltruthaboutman.
Therightntoactaccordingtoconscience”hasalwaysresonatedin
humansocietyasavalue.Thisaction/pursuancestressedhumannobil-
ityandobligationtoactmorally.Currentscientificdiscoveriesinmed-
icine,psychology,cognitivesciencesandbiotechnology(organtrans-
plantation,geneticmanipulationofhumancells,researchonembryos,
butalsohumanconsciousnessandsubconsciousness)haveprofoundly
changedthetraditionalviewsofhumanconscience.Itseemsthatmod-
ernpeoplenotonlylosetheirownidentityandintegrity,butalsothe
conscience,thesenseofmysteryandtheyforgetthatthemorallawis
aliveineveryconscience.Knowingthateverythingcanbereplaced
(heart,liver,kidneyandjoints),affectsnotonlythepersonalcon-
science,butalsotheuniversalvaluesystem.Humanlifeisincreasingly
presentedasaproductandanartifactofmanandsociety.
Inagreementwiththeabovementionedattitudesthereisamodifi-
cationofarelationshipmanhisownbeingbody(aesthetically
