Thesubstanceoffamilylawrelationsiscontainedwithinaﬁxedframework.

LegalnormsoffamilylawofF.G.C.areabsolutelyrequired(legaldutyto

observance).Howeverwithinthatframework,thepersonsconstitutingafamily

(marriage,singleparentfamilyorconcubinagewithachild)havethefreedomof

choice.Theymaybehavetowardseachotherintheirownmanner,accordinglyto

theirsreligiousorphilosophicalconvictions.Thisfreedomisprotectedaswellby

substantivecivilrightsbyCiv.C.

5.Other/alternativenormativesystems

Becauseofreligiousdiferentiationappearstheseverallegalconventions

wereprepared,concludedandratiﬁedbetweenthePolishStateandtheleaders

ofallreligiousminorities-notonlywiththegroupofCatholics.Allthese

groupreceivedthefullscalecompetenceofarrangementofalegalceremonyof

constructingamarriagewhichareefectiveontheareaofFamilyLaw.Inaddition

allreligiousgroupsreceivedvarioussuitablelegalregulationontheareaofprivate

andpubliclaw.

6.StanceofPolishjurisdictiontowarddiversity

Afterseveralcenturiesexperienceofexperienceoffullscaletoleranceand

coexistenceofvariousreligion,culturalandphilosophicalgroupsofoursociety,

Polandeventuallyimpliedthemodelofelasticandonlyoneverygeneralframe

offamilyinstitutions.
