INTRODUCTION

theteachingsoftheFarEast.Systemicapproachdominatedintheteachings
oftheFarEast,consistinginrecognitionoftheprobleminthelightofthe
whole1.Despiteutterlydińerentmethodologicalapproaches,todayweare
witnessingthedevelopmentoftheconceptofanintegratedcognitionmod-
elcalledholistic-evolutionary.misapproachassociatesstreamofthought,
knownasthesystemicviewoftheworld,withawiderevolutionism.Itispos-
sibletonoticeacleartendencyofdissolvingtheanalytical-intellectualmodel
ofcognition,characteristicforEuropeanculturewithanintuitively-synthet-
icmodel-characteristicforthecultureoftheEast.metheoryrecognizes
thattheanalytical-intellectualmodelismoreusefulformappingthestruc-
tureofreality,enablingtogettoknowitinstaticview.Ontheotherhand,
theintuitively-syntheticmodelismoreusefulformappingthedevelopment
changesofthestructureofreality,therebyprovidingknowledgeaboutitin
dynamicview.Bothmodelsofscientificcognitionarecomplementary2.Ho-
listic-evolutionaryparadigmwasatthebaseoftheresearchresultsofwhich
arepresentedinthispaper.
Systemiccurrentrepresentedintheworkischaracterizedbythepursuit
ofintegrationofsciencebyovercomingtheinterdisciplinary3barriers,inthis
caseexistinginparticularbetweenlawandeconomics,aswellasbetweenlaw
andtheorganizationandmanagement.mesystemicmethodcanbeusedto
