tion?Definingthecriteriajustifyingthedecisiontopassthesentenceofthe
penaltyofisolationfromsocietymightbeanattempttoaddressthisissue.

anymilderpunishmentwouldbeincommensuratewiththegravityofthe
committedcrime(crimes);
