ouslabours,hastakenmorethanayeartoproduce,butitrepresentsthefulfilment
ofourdream:ananthologyoftwenty-ninemilestonesininternationalrelations,
mostofwhichhaveneverseenprintinPolish.
Thispublicationwouldnothavebeenpossibleifwewerenotconvincedofour
eventualsuccess,ofthedemandforthesetextsinPoland,orofthevalueofthe
workandthefruitsitmightbear,nottomentionthebeliefshownbymanypeo-
pleandthetrusttheyinvestedinus.Wewouldlikeherebytothankthemfrom
thebottomofourhearts.Thescaleofcommitmentofthepeopleinvolvedinthis
projectwasexceptional,especiallyconsideringthecountlessobstacles.Habentsua
